What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers need to be neutral about open conversations we have as a group instead of singling then out and blaming them for things instead of coming to a conclusion to resolve the issues.
Cleanliness. Quality of tools (brooms, dustpans, card readers, etc.)
Anyone who doesn’t exhibit pure anxiety while running around completing tasks isn’t committed enough. It’s an absurd standard. This is supposed to be a fun job, but all we hear about

Cinemark needs to focus on the staff members rather then higher ups. Staff needs to start being treated with respect, and either get higher wages, or get much better benefits. Start enforcing all policies with little to no exceptions
