What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Me and a few other managers believe in the company and regardless to the things going on we oush foe the best out of everyone even though were not respected for it
I always wanted to do my best because it rarely felt like work. If you love the overall vibe of cinema, you'll like working at a movie theater
Its like beingbwith friends except the management team gossips like hugh schoolers

Employees need to take the job more seriously and put in more effort.

Seeing workers as people and not bodies is hard with such a high turnover rate; but how else are they going to want to stay, let alone be motivated to put in high quality work? Too many write-ups for benign things. Way too paranoid and strict for anyone to enjoy their time here.
