Cinemark USA Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I loce the majority of them but I dont get into the clicks within management I stay to myself

They talk down to me

The manager team in the Oak Ridge Cinemark where some of the most nicest, most encouraging people I've ever met. They made sure to tell me when i was doing well with customers and always took care of me when ever i needed to schedule time off. Genuinely the best bosses I've ever had

They are helpful toward employees

They are great at handling customer complaints

Can't say please help me

They are always flexible and work hard.

They are transparent for the most part

They treat you like a adult

They make the work experience fun while being able to get the job done.

My GM was one of the best GM's in the company. He cared for the employees and managers. Most of the other managers I worked with were great as well! There was one SAM that was absolutely atrocious and was the major factor in making everybody's lives a living hell.

Understanding about everything and helpful

Their high standards are reassuring

Review from Operations Dept

Free flowing as long as work is done and rules are followed.

Review from Operations Dept

I am apart of the leadership team and i enjoy our team however so many of them are afraid to speak up when something isnt ethically correct or morally strong

Review from Sales Dept

Willingness to invest in the theatres and their people. Going in the right direction with additions.

Review from Operations Dept

They are very quick when it comes to making sure the customers are happy

Review from Sales Dept

There is always communication with others.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They know what they’

Review from Customer Support Dept

They all get along with each other and the employees

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. They walk around and group together and sit uo in the office.

Communication and less blaming, more accountability.

Transparency and training. The Gm constantly yells at his staff instead of leads and coaches. There are people born leaders, and people that just like control. This GM just likes control and the employees constantly suffer because of him.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Respecting company policies, checking their employees, not getting too close to them, actually helping for once, and more. I could go on all day about what they need to change. There are a few respectable employees and managers among the majority of terrible ones.

They need to communicate with the employees

Training and better pay for theatre employees

The leadership team should focus on professional integrity. And open communication. from what I have witnessed in time there the leadership run in a kind of dictator structure. Where fear tactics are used in order to get results from employees.

Treating staff with respect and ensuring that they as employers fill employees needs

Review from Sales Dept

Communicating, consistency, laziness, being responsible

Review from Sales Dept

Not getting people in trouble for things they do themselves, helping out the staff more, and relaxing a bit more

Review from Sales Dept

Weekly status, and clear roadmap of project execution
