They dont believe in profitability bonuses. No incentive for reps to not write bad business.
Fire all execs from top down and start over with a leadership team that cares.
Support from upper management. They try to pad their pockets by pushing products that aren't necessarily whats right for a client.
They lie about the potential of income. They make it soujd like reps will be making 6 figures. Not realistic at all.
Lots of internal memos went out in the past couple years installing fear within the sales staff. They need to listen. Somehow its the reps that are the issue. Its never the management that have a hiring quota that hire people who want to collect a check and not work.
