Stop making me leave the office so that you can talk at me about how much harder I should be working in the office
Intervene with the leaders who are incompetent
Speaking to MANAGEMENT failure and redirect would be a new concept for them.
Support from upper management. They try to pad their pockets by pushing products that aren't necessarily whats right for a client.
No planning, no execution, no accountability, no way to track performance
They need to keep growing and sharpen their skill sets. And be more inclusive
