The immediate supervisors try to help, but in the end they are accountable for unrealistic expectations as well, so there is turnover there also.

Our leadership team is very open to bottom-up suggestions and they're really honest with us about the state of our company and industry. They'll even stop by to ensure things are going well every once in awhile.

Overall leadershp skills need to be better. Understand the problem in the company

Communication and including their sales force in decision making. They continue to distance themselves from their front line sale force that continues to create a major divide amongst executiives and agents.

They need to resign asap

Lots of internal memos went out in the past couple years installing fear within the sales staff. They need to listen. Somehow its the reps that are the issue. Its never the management that have a hiring quota that hire people who want to collect a check and not work.

D&I at board level grossly underrepresented

They have no clue how to do the job but micro manage thosevof us with 20+ years experience. There's also no respect or appreciation for us "lower" employees
