Lots of internal memos went out in the past couple years installing fear within the sales staff. They need to listen. Somehow its the reps that are the issue. Its never the management that have a hiring quota that hire people who want to collect a check and not work.
D&I at board level grossly underrepresented
They have no clue how to do the job but micro manage thosevof us with 20+ years experience. There's also no respect or appreciation for us "lower" employees
