What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining COUNTRY Financial?
The inability to plan vacations in advance and having to accrue enough time before being able to take a vacation each year. If you don’t carry over from the prior year, you may have to wait several months into the following year before you can plan a trip. If you get sick and run out of time, you may not be able to take a vacation that’s already booked and has been paid.

Most days I look forward to going to work. As with all jobs, there are days I’d rather sleep in, but it’s definitely got a good culture.
