
Collaboration is a big strength of the management
They are open to hearing feedback about themselves and their ideas.
The pay and medical coverage are fine but the 401k leaves something to be desired.
There is a get through it together mindset.... However this is usually because decisions are rushed.
There seems to be a culture of reaction. The company struggles to find implementation process that is efficient but not to the point where its rushed and leaves people unprepared for change. This also fuels miscommunication and ultimately frustration about new projects.
