my coworkers have lack of communication, and very rarely see or spend time, we have the same job tasks and assignments but we get them done at different times and finish the same task differently.
Stability has not been a factor in this work environment and if it were, then most would have something to look forward too, but since there is so much up in the air, it is hard to put 100% into the job
