Most franchises pay poorly and expect too much of their managers. The only postion I would recommend is an insider easy for fair pay. I dont trust Domino's corporate is cheap and so are most of the franchises I dont feel like I'm seen as human but to keep in mind most companies are that way.

At the dominos i was first hired at I was 17 and hired because I was "cute and would be good for business" I think thats enough said and yes they were creepy.

The people at the store like managers and below are good people and most of the managers try their hardiest to keep the store running. One problem I can see are many people in all postions bring in family to work for them even the franchises.

In the store most people are great just other human being looking to work. Its generally a friendly work place but it is dominated by men the most women Ive seen in one store is 6 of a staff of 20. I love my coworkers at the store Im at now but I think its one in a million.

The franchise I work for pays well for Dominos but only the managers. I'm a manager I get phone calls all the time but mostly from the DM. When I fill in for the GM I barely get a thanks. They have also lied right to my face saying by law I have to wait 6 for health insurance.
