A few great people but unfortunately a lot of people who only want a paycheck or are just burned out.

They no longer have the courage to lay-off people. They just minimize until that person leaves. Maybe it is just they don’t want to pay people severance.

They are not. The culture is often to resist innovation and bail at the first bump.
