A few great people but unfortunately a lot of people who only want a paycheck or are just burned out.

Make friends with the right people or maybe just learn to not associate with the undesirable who actually question things.

They no longer have the courage to lay-off people. They just minimize until that person leaves. Maybe it is just they don’t want to pay people severance.
