Most of them are very professional

Invest in leadership training. Foster a healthy work culture. Allow a mix of different leadership styles. Encourage ongoing education and development. Acknowledge and reward your best leaders. Collect feedback and adjust.

Health Insurance is a really good benefit.
Compensation and benefits are industry tops
The benefits, there isn't a company that offers the heath care like EBSCO.

The Profit sharing program is better than any 401K
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to salary adjustment based on the inflation
Pay for senior HR staff is not competitive with market rates in Asia Counties. Annual compensation bump does not keep up with cost of living.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team can drink more than anyone I know

They hardworking, committed and honest people. I am certain they do their very best every day,
They focus on goals and results then contributes their fair share with each other supports!

Everyone is supportive and wants to help others. People like it when they are asked questions.

most of the employees are team players but a few managers are only trying to move up the ladder

Need to communicate more from top to bottom

They seemed to know their gaps and sought an expert
It is an honest and friendly process. Interviewers try to assess the fitness for the job and company's culture.

Less talking about the company and more about the overall qualitites of the people interviewing

Work with our customers and our colleagues.
try to surround myself with positive People. Spend More Time with Family and Friends. Spend Money on Experiences Instead of Things. the important thing is focused on very basic salary pay/ the annual compensation plan.
