Good leadership team. Tons of training.
Building relationships and maintaining relationships with my customers
Work as a team. Its the complete oppostite. Starting with the managers.
It was easy, but they lied to me on pay. Sounds like that happens often
Managment needs to step up and take action. We rely on our part timers way too much. They do not need that job, if they leave we would be done for. District manager could care less about anything but our numbers. Its annoying.
I look at it as a piece of fruit. Your just about to grab the fruit, then they move it. You are about to reach for it again and it gets moved. Again. Changing pay scale all the time. Cut accounts to make it look like your "saving time" but your just giving up sales.
