good group, they hire and promote from within so most of the leads or managers know the jobs from the ground up, which helps

They trust us to do our jobs

They are not that motivated

The leadership team goes above and beyond making sure that yhe wellbeing of the employee is taken care of.

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone is happy and willing to help no matter the problem.

There is plenty of training offered in becoming a leader besides experience alone.

They get lackadaisical after 3-5 years and would rather delegate and sit at their decks all day.

They mostly stay out of the way

They are easy accessible for any issues and concerns

Relatable and easy to get a hold of

my manager gives up the opportunity to learn and grow, without feeling handcuffed to his ideas. meaning I make my own decisions for my teams. if I make a mistake I learn from it and make the changes needed, without feeling that my job is on the line.

They are grounded. They understand what is happening in the field and most importantly they give employees the ability to be decision makers.

They are pretty good about making things fair in the workplace

They are very understanding and professional

We all work together and communicate with eachother like a team

Its really useful team and il

Easy going and helpful in every situation
