At my store specifically is that we all get along. Culture is non-existent at Fastenal. The uppers just care about pleasing shareholders and don’t care who they lose in the proces

It would be better if everyone was treated the same. It would be better if the wages were fairly paid. It would be better if the commission was higher. It would be better if you did the job he was hired to do and not had to do the job for five people. It would be better if they didn't allow bullying
Transparency, performance reviews, guidance, and lower level engagement. Bad apples are allowed to stick around far too long with no accountability.

Change anti-harassment policy. Zero tolerance should be the standard. Stop protecting long term employees who aren't meeting expectations or no longer benefitting the company, they are holding back others. It runs off a lot of good employees.
Managment needs to step up and take action. We rely on our part timers way too much. They do not need that job, if they leave we would be done for. District manager could care less about anything but our numbers. Its annoying.

I think it's a hopeless case, because they don't care and don't believe they need to. It's to easy to replace a part time person with another part time person.

Company expects employees to work in small, tight quarters because it's cheaper for them.
It needs to be safer as all the machines are unkept and break often, causing many injuries. There needs to be accommodations for those that pull long hours and need a snack and/or lunch. And management needs to care for their employees more.
