What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty standard interview
It was very straightforward and to the point. The definitely communicate very quickly
We keep it light and simple to allow people to be comfortable talking to us.

It was easy it was a part time job interview it's easy then by the time i had my manager interview it was already a for sure thing. So i didn't have to worry and it was easy

Personable, easy to speak to.
I felt like I could openly talk with the managers and express my thoughts and concerns with them providing positive feedback and answers. I feel like Fastenal likes to promote from within so they are always scouting people for future rolls within the company

Well stop hiring women based off of their looks alone. Seriously my fastenal manager hired a stripper who dressed very unprofessional at work. This caused tremendous drama in the work place.

I never had an interview with this company. They bought out the company I worked for. Things have gone downhill from there.
