I would say that it's the sense of humor some of the coworkers have, other than that I don't know
Actually being able to make decisions for the team, to perform them nicely and to be more empathic with their employees
There needs to be good communication and respect, I understand the part of being friendly but there's a point where everyone it's just chatting and joking instead of actually working
