
Listening to the employees, not being rude to the customers. Snapping at the cashier if they make a mistakes,ect.
Right now it's not great. Everyone's very tense at laurel park ingles. Managers are always on their phones disappearing or just rude to us.
This new manager and comanager need to be stop being on their phones and nasty to us when we need them. They also need to realize that u cant speak to employees the way they do.
