They Try to Include All, but Typically Don't w/those @ the lower levels (Less Educated/Experienced).

They Don't Interfere w/Me too Often @ Least Not Yet (Although, I have alot of Technical Experience, w/Many Different Sized Co's, All over this USA). I've Worked for Many Fortune 500 Co's.

Generally Speaking, they are trying to Satisfy Everyone, Both Customers & Employees. They Apearently, take Better Care of Customer Facing Employees vs the Others (Less Educated/Experienced Ones). They're Trying but those mentioned above, Definately have Priority & Better Everything
