Very negative. The most drama filled negative atmosphere I've ever worked in. No raises, the we are all "family" lies. Overworked. Long hours and average pay. I worked construction and made more money doing less.

Work started at 6am..We have to get up an hour earlier to get to work at 5:15am every day for a 1 minute meeting and then wait around til our shift started. One day a week would be enough. Every single day is ridiculous

Too many hours..Lies about bonuses. Pizza parties to replace promised bonuses. Forced weekends, never telling us when we are expected to work weekends. Waiting till the last minute on a friday to tell us. Poor supervisor. Actually tour your facilities unannounced and see for yourself
