Treat the employee the right way
Leading rather than managing. There is a difference
Letting employees have a life outside of work. Theres no work life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a fair shot as the ones that they are friends with. The ones that the bosses are friends with get raises but no one else. The ones that they are friends with can use their pto whenever they want but i get in trouble when i want a day off
Pay equity to doing the same job for the same pay.
Comparable pay to other interfor facilities and or local competition
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their knowledge and experience in completing work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to stop trying to found somewhere to hide when down times. And help clean around they department instead of one person doing it.
Better attitude and better attendance
Work started at 6am..We have to get up an hour earlier to get to work at 5:15am every day for a 1 minute meeting and then wait around til our shift started. One day a week would be enough. Every single day is ridiculous
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers will help you if you need help
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treatment of employees as assets rather than burdens
Treat employees like they matter not like they are replaceable tools to help your profits
Complete change of management. More appreciation given to hourly employees since we technically do all the work
What did you like most about the interview process?
Sone of the concersarions were pleasant.
It was the best part of the job. But it was also a bunch of hot air.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many hours..Lies about bonuses. Pizza parties to replace promised bonuses. Forced weekends, never telling us when we are expected to work weekends. Waiting till the last minute on a friday to tell us. Poor supervisor. Actually tour your facilities unannounced and see for yourself
Lack of investment in upgrading facilities. Spend some money to improve things
