Their knowledge and experience in completing work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Need to stop trying to found somewhere to hide when down times. And help clean around they department instead of one person doing it.

Better attitude and better attendance

Work started at 6am..We have to get up an hour earlier to get to work at 5:15am every day for a 1 minute meeting and then wait around til our shift started. One day a week would be enough. Every single day is ridiculous
