For the qualifications and certifications that we are required to train/pass, and keep current on, and how important they are to everyone's safety, we should definitely be treated better than we are, and our compensation should reflect this. We handle extremely sensitive equipment and information.

We have a mixed bag of crewmembers. We have some great crewmembers who have retired from big, successful careers, and their experience is worth so much more than they are recognized or utilized for. There is a known favoritism toward minority crew, vs. older, more established adults also.

Leadership is blatantly obvious that they do not want older, more established crewmembers. The longer we are here, the more money we make, and it is well-known and accepted that they are told to get rid of us any way they can. The younger crowed being hired do not have the maturity or integrity
