The worst job you could possibly have the start dates are inconsistent. They fire you without notice and it's hard to succeed.

Its ok. decent pay. But dont offer bonuses if you have no intention for funding them.

The company is great as far as work-life balance and benefits. Too many instances of incompetent management is the main issue at hand.
