They care about their job and they can be understanding
They are good people, but can be a little power-hungry
They appear supportive at this time.
Always listens to my concerns.
Willing to listen without hearing

I have worked very hard to achieve superior scores, perfect attendance, and a stellar reputation for accuracy and work ethic but feel that my efforts to promote within the company have been hindered by the mistakes of others.
I have had superior scores and percect attendance for a year and a half and was finally rewarded by being promoted to a pilot program in appeals where I spend most of my time as a CCR because this new department was grossly overhired and there is not enough work for us. Now I am working two roles.
Making $18 to $20 per hour would be a good start. Having insurance like the city's insurance would be great.
We all work very collaboratively and are respectful of one another.
We have great communcation amongst outselves
They are funny and you forget at times that you're working
They're always willing to help you if they can or direct you into where you can find the answers you need
I have a good supervisor
I believe that my coworkers and I need an environment that fosters open communication and collaboration. Currently, there is a significant barrier to this, as management has restricted our ability to communicate with one another, stating that we "talk too much."
My coworkers are not the problem. It is management.
My team members are great. They are taken advantage of. Management is the problem.
We are all miserable here.
Plan to and actually accomplish something
There are a lot of people who look like me
Ability to be able to work from home
There is nothing positive about this company.
remote work is the most positive feature of my company

the environment is poor the the operation manager and some managers make it that way
Building an inclusive culture that values diversity and encourages input from all team members can enhance creativity and innovation. Ensuring that everyone feels heard and represented will contribute to a more positive workplace.
They need to make it a zero tolerance policy for bullying and actually believe staff when they report this abuse.
Direction, focus, consistency, information and leadership. All are lacking yet needed.
Actually value employees instead of treating them like kids. Our “team lead” literally calls us her kids
Hire better management...be inclusive...better pay
It was somewhat laid back and I didn't feel like I was in a courtroom being interrogated.
they don't interview you for the CSR position they just talk to you, via zoom call with a group of others. The recruiter gives you information about the company to see if you like the position or not.
Truthfully, I like the staff member that interviewed me because he saw how dedicated I was to being an advocate.
Nothing in particular, i suppose it was fast
the manager who interviewed me left, but they were very friend
Nothing. Most likely it was myself nervous anxious overwhelmed
I wasn't hired by this new awful company. I was hired years ago by the original owners.
The wealth of knowledge from my coworkers
In essence, working on special reports with big data was more than just a job; it was a source of happiness and personal fulfillment. It combined my love for data analysis with the opportunity to make a positive impact, making each day at work a truly rewarding experience.

Flexibility and trust provided by manager

Develop a standardized protocol for outreach calls, outlining when and how to contact applicants at various stages of their application process. This should include a checklist of information that applicants need to provide to the County Assistance Office.
Micromanagment, managment abuses power by making up strict rules that arent writted down in the floor policy. It creates an environment that is difficult to focus on our jobs to help the caller.
Millions of denials due to HHSC error. I see it every day. Case workers are not held accountable. The CCRs are on the front line and responsible for trying to make sense of these cases that are screwed up six ways from Sunday. No one is properly trained.
Millions of denials because of HHSC errors. It seems like case workers aren't held accountable. New CCRs are not properly trained, which causes even more errors.
Realize we are humans and have lives.
