It was somewhat laid back and I didn't feel like I was in a courtroom being interrogated.
they don't interview you for the CSR position they just talk to you, via zoom call with a group of others. The recruiter gives you information about the company to see if you like the position or not.
Truthfully, I like the staff member that interviewed me because he saw how dedicated I was to being an advocate.
Nothing in particular, i suppose it was fast
the manager who interviewed me left, but they were very friend
Challenging Questions: The interviewers posed thought-provoking questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experiences. It was a great opportunity to demonstrate how I could contribute to the company.

I wasn't hired by this new awful company. I was hired years ago by the original owners.
