What did you like most about the interview process?
It was somewhat laid back and I didn't feel like I was in a courtroom being interrogated.
they don't interview you for the CSR position they just talk to you, via zoom call with a group of others. The recruiter gives you information about the company to see if you like the position or not.
Truthfully, I like the staff member that interviewed me because he saw how dedicated I was to being an advocate.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing. Most likely it was myself nervous anxious overwhelmed
I wasn't hired by this new awful company. I was hired years ago by the original owners.
