Its ok. decent pay. But dont offer bonuses if you have no intention for funding them.
The company is great as far as work-life balance and benefits. Too many instances of incompetent management is the main issue at hand.
Maximus is not longer a workplace it is a chopping block and no matter what you input into this company you will feel unappreciated. In most cases directors and senior management dont listen instead the scary all employees into thinking they will lose their jobs for minimalistic concerns. Do better.

Its not a bad company, I am just looking for a job with a bit more flexibility in the hours, as well as something that I can do without feeling stressed or overwhelmed about losing my job if I don't perform at 100%.
