In most cases directors and senior management dont listen instead the scary all employees into thinking they will lose their jobs for minimalistic concerns. Do better.

Its not a bad company, I am just looking for a job with a bit more flexibility in the hours, as well as something that I can do without feeling stressed or overwhelmed about losing my job if I don't perform at 100%.
