You can own as much or as little as you want. But we need everyone to own 110% :)
They seem to want to care about the employee experience - but haven't created space for the resources to take action on improving the experience.
I love how authentic everyone is on the team. the good, the bad, the ugly, the questionable - it's all there, and i love all of it.
growth, and i know we have really fair comp practices/principles. I do think we can be more transparent of what those are, and I think we will be.
