What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More meetings than necessary, especially when interacting with exec team. Quality of product constantly takes backseat to other goals. Our public perception is bad, I often don't tell people I work here.

Lack of quality product leadership over the years has taken a major, major toll. I fear our shift toward growth focus will cause us to lose what makes our service unique and we will lose to competitors who are bigger and more established if we don't keep to our unique value of hyperlocal utility.
