The type of work we are doing and with the people we are doing it. Really enjoy my colleagues and projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Really love the care we are putting as a company to better support and understand under-represented groups such as LGBTQ, latino, and black community.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do like the stock options I've received though strike price is a bit high. Still, I'm happy and believe in the mission of the company and where we're headed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really love my team. Everyone is so warm, friendly, caring, outgoing, helpful. These are some amazing traits that are hard to come by all in one. Looking forward to continue to work with them and growing and learning together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their enthusiasm and their openess to experiement. We do have to be smarter about what we want to focus on and really spend time and enhance on it vs trying to do many things at once. Are all these little JTBD aligned to our main JTBD?
