In general, I'm of the impression that I'm underpaid relative to similar roles in other public companies. There's also some benefits that are fairly inflexible and should have more flexibility for how the employee should utilize them.

1.We've rushed to hire w/out having thoughtful conversations about how roles should interact and collaborate. People develop OKRs in a vacuum, without realizing all the people that will need to contribute. 2. Obsession w/ winning PR war instead of building awesome products that speak for themselves.

Everything is a battle in our high growth environment. Resources are scarce. People don't take on evolved or 'right' work so they can succeed at specific OKRs (e.g. selling an inferior product with excessive churn to meet a goal, pushing out a mediocre MVP without testing so a timeline is met).
