Invest in the values we stand for. Not only external but moreover internally. What values am I missing mostly on a daily basis: earn trust everyday, invest in community. Next to that I experience a lack of transparency and I feel there needs to be better internal career guidance and opps.

There are a lot of external hires without any consideration about who in the team could make a step. Raising the question about making a step is even pushed back on. I have been asked to step up into a new role with a new title but with no additional pay. I am managing a level up from me and have had no change to my own level. I am prepared to work hard to reach new levels but expect my pay to reflect that.

In nearly four years I have had only one substantial pay rise. During COVID we lost several perks and the team feel demotivated. In UK we get lower PTO than the NL and FR office. Other companies provide other perks to make staff feel included and rewarded.

While everyone's encouraged to "act like an owner" & enthusiasm's appreciated, many employees seem to have a lot of time to focus on other dept's' responsibilities, and insert their own POV w/o having the context or knowledge of complexities, resources, etc. And not all of employees act neighborly.

I have noticed a shift to a more top-down and top heavy organization -- I feel like leaders need to trust the employees they hire more and feel comfortable pushing back and disagreeing with others.

Siloed depts w/individual objectives make it challenging for foundational teams to integrate efforts & find focus. Everything's a priority, which doesn't necessarily set us up for success. Some teams seem innovative in thinking; others more rigid w/antiquated theories. We need to prioritize & evolve
