Looks like the company did not consider the inflation for their annual review cycle

Highly enthusiastic , kind to each other, very knowledgable and informed in the work they do

Most of the times Cross functional teams are great to work with but there is resistance to help sometimes as they are too loaded with their day to day. S the turn around times are usually in weeks even for a small ask
