Nextdoor has so much potential. Product teams should keep collaborating more, that's improved a lot. Marketing team speaks in vague tech jargon, is bad. I'm glad we're addressing our issues around racial justice. We have a lot of work ahead on that.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More meetings than necessary, especially when interacting with exec team. Quality of product constantly takes backseat to other goals. Our public perception is bad, I often don't tell people I work here.
