Ive been here a long time amd i have enjoyed all of it. It has its ups amd downs but in total i wouldnt change it. I plan on retiring from here so i have gotten out as much as i have put in.

Perfromamce and Longevity should warrent some compensation. My base after significant tenure is well below what DM's now start at. Cutting stock awards is frustrating as well.
