What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are friends. There is a very solid support system in place that was here before I even arrived. I am comfortable saying that from the get go I felt welcomed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As the company grows, so does my level of income. No job well done goes unnoticed, and that is reflected in my pay. I work for very generous people and it is obvious how much they care about my financial well-being.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our leader's weekly Friday meetings are hilarious. They put a smile on my face every time and they really help set a positive mood for the day. We laugh constantly and you never feel as if you are not being supported. No questions go unanswered and someone is always there to help!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know that when I was hired, my leadership team was making a personal investment in my future. On a daily basis I am made to feel valuable as an employee of this company. As we grow the same level of care and attention has been provided to me as day one. I am grateful to come here every day!
