Overall, I've had a good experience with Razorfish! As a jr./mid level employee, you're given lots of exposure and opportunity for ownership. Work/life balance can vary based on your account, but I do think there's at least an earnestness in wanting this balance to be present.

My direct reports. I love being a mentor to my junior teammates and watching them grow in both skills and confidence.

I just feel like there's less ego at Razorfish, with less 'because hierarchy' vibes. In my experience, Managers are more open to all ideas and also more open to giving people line of sight outside of their immediate 'role'.

In comparison to other agency environments, which I've found tend to take on a level of unnecessary 'intensity' in their process, I find most of my Razorfish colleagues to be relatively relaxed & supportive - while still putting forth smart ideas & stellar work.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
Leadership takes a 'human first' approach & time to acknowledge what's happening in the world - the fact that we received an email in a corporate setting that was in support of women who may be struggling while the threat to Roe v. Wade was prominent in the news still blows my mind.
