I love the company and yet it has many problems. It's frustrating because there is such a wealth of talent that is just waiting to be activated. I admire our leadership but unlike when we were fighting COVID when we were fighting for our survival, work now feels like busywork.

My team is the bees knees. Some of the new talent does not meet this echelon, yet are still given high titles.

I think we lack a shared vision and identity. Frequently, it feels like 'decisions' are made on the basis of least resistance, rather than the collective benefit of the company. Our organization isn't structured to cultivate growth.

Our purpose feels hollow. In fact, in the day-to-day I don't remember what it is. My purpose is to provide the best service to our clients that I can and to grow the business, but I think that I am in the minority.

Our compensation bands are low against competitors in the broader professional services space, especially for mid senior talent. I love working at Publicis, but I feel that I have to constantly look over my shoulder at competitors to make sure I'm not being left behind.
