The way people take the time to give kudos to others. It takes no time to lift others up by saying "you did a great job" or "thank you" and it's commonplace and so appreciated.

They are kind, thoughtful, smart, and human. I've never worked anywhere where I truly trusted the leadership until I came to leadership. We work in a high-stress environment, but everyone takes the time to listen and enact change and communicate in a way that is positive and inclusive.

The recruiters do a bang up job of finding the best of the best. I work with the smartest people and I've met some of my favorite people through this job. We spend most of our life at work, so making sure the people are great is of the utmost importance.

I didn't feel the need to negotiate. I felt my offer was beyond outstanding from the benefits to the PTO to the salary. My previous company tried to counter and I told them I knew there was nothing they could offer that could even remotely come close to what Razorfish was offering.
