TaskUs: I was doing my best giving my all to the company, having perfect results and at the end they said you can't expect any career growth with us only if you move to the office which is 8h from my house and it is impossible. the company is creating a wall between the best members and career growth.
TaskUs: Higher pay than my previous, I love the work from home set-up, but the Work-Life balance is just "okay". Working 50-60hrs per week without OT pay. Though, I just look at the good thing, work from home set-up.
TaskUs: My overall experience with TaskUs is negative. They say one thing and do another. Hard to trust a company like this to be on the side of the workers; shareholders and their own cheeks come first. There are some artificial benefits (not in my geo)but that's just a bandage on a big wound
TaskUs: inflation is so high now a days and the compensation as a teammate is not enough to live by so we still struggle to live even with working in BPO, it would very be much helpful if they will give incentive bonuses to give additional compensation to us especially if meeting KPIs

TaskUs: We are getting paid Rs.11/hour for the night shift and that too working between 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM which is not fair at all. Other organisations pay around Rs. 3000-3500 per month to their employees whereas we are lacking very behind in this. We also spend our full night in office.
