Aimbridge Hospitality: I have learned alot about customer service & leadership skills. However, those skills are not replicated in my management team. So it is hard to care about a company that is lazy & doesnt care about the employees. Our scores show the lack of care. I wanted this as a career, but not anymore.

We work, work, work and vacation requests get cancelled by above for pop up non-emergencies. Constrained by unsupportive off-property support departments.

Aimbridge Hospitality: Not the best most days i feel like i made a mistake leaving my job to come here. The leadership has not been the best at all. The training was not good at all. Upper management talks to you like your a burden or dumb. Despite being able to do the job to stay in standard. Benefits are good though.
Aimbridge Hospitality: I love my hotel and GM. We have recently had some management turnover which has caused a decrease in moral. I fear our effectiveness as a team is declining despite consistent efforts from most of the staff to uphold the Aimbridge policies and way of operating.

I wish there was more training opportunities that didn't cost properties... such as ways to connect with leaders from other similar properties. I would like to grow with Aimbridge if its possible.

TP: I was a bit overwhelmed at first because this would be the very first time working in the coporate world. However, TP and it's staff were kind, accomodating, and understanding enough to people like me who are inexperienced.

TP: So far, in my 3 days of work/training, it has been slow paced so it's quite relaxing. I have coworkers who are fun to be with.
