I enjoy working for Aimbridge, I just do not enjoy the culture from the corporate side. GMs are treated like the gum on someones shoe but yet we are the ones doing all of the work.

My previous region was extremely close and helped each other when needed. I do not know the new region yet.

I like my RVP and have a great working relationship with him. I do not feel supported by the leadership team at Aimbridge. It takes weeks sometimes months to receive responses when we need help.
