We are all over the place with no direction
It is the general consensus here that the company is focused more on making money and keeping the bottom line tight than caring about employees. The GM seems disconnected from the workers and everyone here thinks he would sacrifice anyone at any time so that he can get his bonus. Hire empathetic GM!
