Aimbridge Hospitality Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

the comradery of the leaders

Review from Engineering Dept

Great communicators to their employees and they seem genuinley wanting to help You grow your career

Review from Operations Dept

Willingness of them to teach me how to be successful in my position.

Review from Operations Dept

My direct leadership is engaged, but very trusting. I receive her full attention when I'm with her, and am aware that her absence reflects her trust in my ability to make strong decisions.

Review from Admin Dept

Inspiration to grow and succeed

Relatively transparent but feels like we are missing a few links to allow hotels to function to their fullest potential. A stronger front when it comes to certain tools and products with a clear-cut direction could help drive better communication across all hotels. (Quore, Teams)

I like their way of letting us showcase our strengths

They care about everyone on the team

Review from Sales Dept

They support you with your career goals.

Review from Operations Dept

What I like most about our leadership team is their clear communication and support. They set realistic expectations, listen to our concerns, and give us the tools we need to succeed. I appreciate how they recognize hard work .

Encouraging, engaging, empathetic, hard working.

dependability, trustworthy, genuine, loyalty, real

Review from Engineering Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better communication as well as listening and understanding what is being said from another perspective.

The leadership team needs to improve by reducing micromanagement and placing greater trust in employees. Empowering trustworthy team members to do their jobs without constant oversight or fear would foster a more positive, productive, and confident work environment.

communication would truly be a welcomed skill in addition to departmental consideration

Stop taking out their anger about what is happening in their lives on us.

Review from Admin Dept

I am on my 6th Boss is 3.5 years. I feel like I dont matter and my new RVP is in over his head.

Review from Operations Dept

Communication, Internal Promotions, Advancement, Opportunities and Leadership

Review from Operations Dept

We are all over the place with no direction

It is the general consensus here that the company is focused more on making money and keeping the bottom line tight than caring about employees. The GM seems disconnected from the workers and everyone here thinks he would sacrifice anyone at any time so that he can get his bonus. Hire empathetic GM!

Review from Engineering Dept

Communication, inclusion, transparency, showing genuine compassion/care for their employees, trust, and allowing others the opportunity to grow

Review from Customer Success Dept

They could actually hear out the team and what the team needs because afterall we are on the floors we know firsthand

Review from Operations Dept

communication from one level to the next, only emails being sent is not the right way to communicate or manage. Do I say not as I do is a huge problem here.

Be respectful of their subordinates and keep their word

Review from Admin Dept

We are losing good hotels and limiting growth opportunities

Working better with the operations. Operations need to be more accountable.

Review from Sales Dept

Effective leadership thrives on listening, empowering contributors, and respecting time. Leaders must trust team expertise, avoid micromanagement, and give space for strategic thinking. By fostering trust and collaboration, they inspire innovation, ownership, and quality outcomes.

Review from Operations Dept

Communication and follow up could use some improvement.

Review from Finance Dept

Learn to communicate and actively help managrs and not hide information form managers in order to help them, and stop with the micromanaging.

Holding people accountable and not feeding in to the work drama

Review from Sales Dept

Being more present and hands on with day to day events, and not delegate to supervisors who they themselves aren't correctly to fulfill said role. I feel the supervisors are wanting to make chahges and help but they're unable to without the upper managements approval which they don't get most times.

Comprehending that secondary income and family responsibilities are valid reasons as to why someone can’t just shift their schedule to the degree they demand and call it a sacrifice. It enco
