The executive housekeeper needs to be more respectful, professional and understanding. My personal opinion she needs to eliminate the bullying instead of allowing it and being if not the biggest one. That's just my personal opinion.

I was recently promoted and my salary increase was very much in line with what I expected which makes me feel valued and good about what I do
I am doing a job that is above what I am actually paid to do, however I am still expected to go above and beyond and not be compenstated
I think my compensation should also account for the length of time I've been employed and also having worked all through the recent pandemic and no bonus or incentive for that

Should always evaluate the staff not annually but consistensy and appreciate what the employee do for the hotel.

Be more about teamwork. And more cleaner in their work spaces or storage areas. Don't talk about one another. Do your job and go home.
My personal opinion is there are clicks of females that feel its their right to put people down when tbey are great at there jobs. If there were boundaries set and management was more involved, I don't believe they would be as much slander happening in our department.
Sometimes even when it is a bad day there are people who make you smile and make the day bearable.

Feeling underappreciated and untrained in areas that I should have had guidance in.
Overselling room weekly is the worst thing to do in the situation of 50% of the hotel is under conatruction. At this point, the company already lost all the money, so no need to waste time to fix anything.
Building is old full of mold, falling apart starting at the roof. Mold so bad in some rooms they're out of order long term. One area blocked off because of mold super bad. Carpets are worn. Linen is marked from old dryer machines
