My peers need extensive management training. The pandemic took away seasoned managers. The managers in place were given the responsibilities of managers without additional training or over site needed. They are doing the best they can with what little experience they have and learning along the way.

Our managers for front office team, they do not follow any of the Aimbridge Ways. My co workers & I agree that this is not what we signed up for. Lots of the issues the staff faces are not taken seriously, and we are just expected to deal with it. Managers tend to be lazy as well putting more on us.
