Having supervisors and management actually do their jobs.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I literally just had a 10 minute phone call to get hired

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

If MANAGEMENT would actually hire people to come into work it would be great but management cant even show up themselves

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Like I've said numerous times, have management and supervisor positions actually be there in the emergencies that have happened. Have security at ALL properties so you're alone on the property at night.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm treated as if I am disposable. When we have had issues on property and the managers wont answer their phones until the next day it is worrisome. They dont respond to emergencies or help with any problems. While at work I've seen the police show up more often than a supervisor.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to make it a safe environment to work. If there's people threatening their staff they need to do something instead of letting it just be a 911 call like that have been. There is no security at the property I work at it and i've been threatened AND harassed while they do nothing.
