TaskUs: I think the free meals and having access on gyms are the best part.

Chick-fil-A: I love ghe growth opportunities. I'm the 4th daughter to work at chickfila. We know a few operators and have worked at a few chickfilas due to my father's military career. I'd locw to one day become an operator. The environment is usually fun ans fast paced. It can be challenging, but I love it!

ADP: Overall it is a good experience, though I know here I won't be paid as much as at other places. What I don't like is that the progress here depends 100% on your manager, and if your manager is the kind of person that doesn't care on his/her direct reports... you're doomed.

I have had many opportunities for advancement from ED to Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator to PI Manager to Regional VP. Love all the resources this company has to offer.

TaskUs: Overall our company provides excellent work-life balance setup, but provides ridiculously low salary. Performance-based incentives that you won't even feel. Recent health care provider does not suffice the needs of teammates, and discouraging pay rates for Support Team.
TaskUs: I am happy when I join Task us as this is one of my dream company. But now with all of the cost cutting the is going on. I feel that it is no longer worth it . Specially the new HMO is a trash. No individual incentives for your hard work. Salary increase is low for 300-500 and its by rank.
LHC Group: I have had a wonderful experience in my first year. Because of turnover and lack of training in some of the roles, I've found that I spread myself thin and was not able to fully ground myself in the role I am most responsible for. With recent additions to the team, I am hoping this will change.

LHC Group: LHC is a wonderful place to work in many ways, however there is a huge disconnect between home office and the reality of the field. Impossible standards & expectations with lower pay make it difficult to compete in the local markets for staff across all positions.

TaskUs: Good at first, but the company cannot sustain the goodness they embodied at first. Now it is just a typical workplace that makes you question yourself if it's really worth it to stay. I don't see my self staying here for a couple of years anymore. I feel unappreciated.
