My overall experience with TaskUs is negative. They say one thing and do another. Hard to trust a company like this to be on the side of the workers; shareholders and their own cheeks come first. There are some artificial benefits (not in my geo)but that's just a bandage on a big wound

caring people that care about each other, the customer, and the client. Very dedicated people that are happy with what they do but not with how they're treated by their higher-ups and managment

listening to feedback. caring about people as people and not as a product for their B2B business. unfriendly processes. 0 trust to employees, blacklisting everything on the computer and internet (even right mouse click), and only whitelisting things that are strictly necessary.

there are different location-based benefits and pay standards. I fall under the one that is "under construction" for 2 years now with hardly any actual benefits and compensation is low for today's living standards. Pay rises are inconsistent and hard to come by

Company should care more for people and less for money. In the same breath they tell us about how productive we are and how successful it makes the company, and ending the sentence with basically "but there is no money for the workers". Pleasing the shareholders seems to be the primary focus here
